How does MetroAir use donations

MetroAir applies all donations received towards the costs of web hosting, domain name registration and other server related resources.

Small Print

All donations are processed securely via PayPal. You don't need to be subscribed to PayPal to make a one-off donation and you can pay with a credit card or debit card if you wish.

MetroAir is not a registered non-profit organization. As such, any donations made to MetroAir Virtual are not tax-deductible.

All Sales and Donations are final. All donations made to MetroAir Virtual are non-refundable regardless of your pilot status or delivery of benefits.

MetroAir has the right to terminate donation benefits at any time and for any reason.

MetroAir Virtual will not sell, rent, or otherwise exchange donor lists.

MetroAir is not liable for any damages that may arise from using MetroAir's products and services or by donating funds.

MetroAir will provide the same level of service (excluding any donation-only benefits) to all MetroAir pilots alike.

If you are eligible for a metroairvirtual.com email address and abuse it, you forfeit the privilege and any other associated benefits at the discretion of MetroAir management.

You agree to indemnify MetroAir Virtual, its officers, employees and agents ("Indemnified"), against any loss, cost, expense or damage incurred by the Indemnified (including legal costs on a solicitor/client basis) arising directly or indirectly out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your infringement of the rights of any third party in using the Service.
