New SchedulesKANSAS CITY – MetroAir Virtual Airlines announced the addition of 70 new scheduled routes to the airline’s daily operations starting Oct. 15.

The new schedules are a part of ongoing efforts by the airline’s operations department to offer expanded service to destinations across the country.

The new schedule includes expanded operations in several cities, including Seattle, Denver, Sacramento, Calif., Reno, Nev., Tucson, Ariz., Oakland, Calif., Salt Lake City and New Orleans.

MetroAir’s operations department plans to continue to expand the airline’s schedule in an effort to offer diversity and choice to both customers and pilots.

“We’re proud to offer these new routes, but we are by no means done with our work,” Rob Strain, the MetroAir Fleet Director, said. “We have plenty of things in store for the coming months.”

Additionally, MetroAir now offers service to Guadalajara, Mexico, which, with a population of 1.5 million, is Mexico’s second-largest city. This new flight originates in Oakland and stops in Ontario, Calif., before continuing on to Guadalajara.
