Kansas City,MO – Executives in charge of Daily Operations at MetroAir Virtual announced today that they have reached an agreement with the Kansas City Aviation Department for additional gate space at Kansas City International.  The move returns MetroAir operations to B Concourse where the airline began operations over 3 years ago when it purchased the B Terminal space from now defunct Cerulean Airlines.  MetroAir subsequently had to relocate to A terminal to accommodate mergers of other Airlines based at the airport.

The new terminal space, which occupies Gates B31,32,33, and 34; is expected to accommodate the airlines expansion in regional flights with MetroAir subleasing the gate space to its subsidiary regional company Allegius.

MetroAir executives stated that the transition will occur gradually over the next several weeks as schedules are adjusted for the fall.
