MetroAir announces new destinations from Phoenix, AZ

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas City based MetroAir Virtual Airlines announced expanded service from Phoenix beginning Aug. 1 during a press conference at their headquarters today.

The new service from Phoenix includes five round-trip flights to Las Vegas and two round-trip flights to San Diego as a way to offer more direct flights to their customers.

“We are pleased to announce the new flights from Phoenix,” MetroAir Fleet Director Rob Strain said. “San Diego and Las Vegas are two very popular destinations, and we are glad to offer direct flights from Arizona’s largest city.”

Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport is the ninth-busiest in the United States, serving more than 40 million passengers annually.

The expansion is a part of MetroAir’s ongoing efforts to offer more direct flights to popular destinations around the world.
